100% sure I got this from the lunch I ate today at Panda Express. I got orange chicken & black pepper chicken with chow mein and I got sick about 3 hours later. Started with nausea and I'm in the vomiting and diarrhea phase now. Let's hope it won't get worse from this overnight.
