On Halloween I ordered an Original Double, fries, and iced tea. About four hours later my stomach felt "off." Within an hour I was nauseous and fighting off vomiting. The resy of rhe eveng was spent vomiting and with diarrhea and shivering with fever.

I ate from a delivery place called ono ono in Berlin. I was sick that night with cramps, nausea, fever and diarrhea. Stating Thursday night until now., Just me. For 4 days so far.

Chicken Bacon Ranch Sand which and Chicken Carbinara. One bout of emesis and about 30 bouts of diarrhea over 24 hours with severe abdominal cramping.
