Haven't confirmed with a doctor yet but I've been vomiting and experiencing non stop diarrhea since Monday (it's now Thursday). I ate a Panera sandwich with romaine lettuce on it on Sunday afternoon and a salad with romaine lettuce from wendy's the previous Thursday.
