Me and my brother had a double cheeseburger meal around 1:30 pm we are now both non stop vomiting, and it’s coming out of both ends

Got a beef burrito and chips and cheese around ten last night. Woke up in the middle of the night with the worst diarrhea and cramps. Been on the toilet with cramps and had to call off work as I can’t even risk driving and p**ping my pants on the way there.
