أكلت بيتزا مارغريتا حوالي الساعة 6:30 مساءً - مريضة طوال الليل مع غثيان شديد وإسهال.

Ate an artichoke slice last night around 6PM. The 2 others in my group also had artichoke slices and we all became ill around 2 AM.
