For lunch on 2/21/19 I order a salad from chipotle with chicken. I’ve been up all night sick to my stomach with excruciating pain. Its been 24 hours since I ate the salad - If I continue to feel this why into another evening I will go to ER. Never eating there again

I ate here and got sick twice, not realizing it was the food which caused it the first time. Had to go to the ER, I was diagnosed with a virus and told to take off work to rest.
