أكلت هناك 7-17-17ثم بدأت في الحصول على المرضى بعد بضع ساعات من آلام في المعدة ثم الصداع والغثيان. أخيرًا في الليل تقيأ وكان يعاني من الإسهال. استمر مرض الإسهال وآلام المعدة حتى 7-21-17

I ate a veggie burrito at about 12:30 pm on 4/17. I started feeling nauseous soon after. I threw up around 4:30 pm and vomiting continued through the night.

I had chipotle yesterday , and that's all I ate . And it made me really sick feel very Nauseous .
