Ate there 7-17-17then started to get sick a few hours later from a stomach ache then a headache, nausea. Finally at night vomited and had diahrrea. The diahrrea and stomach ache lasted me until 7-21-17

I ate a veggie burrito at about 12:30 pm on 4/17. I started feeling nauseous soon after. I threw up around 4:30 pm and vomiting continued through the night.

My mom and I ate a late lunch at chipotle. We both got a salad. I had barbacoa on mine and she had pinto beans and pork. We both got sick so it must have been the lettuce or guacamole. Right now as I am typing this…
