A quesadilla and or chips and salsa , My symptoms started a few hour after I ate and have continued since. It has been 3 days now. Every time I eat I have diarrhea immediately, I have stomach cramps and nausea

Ate a bowl yesterday and woke up with severe acid reflux in the middle of the night. Still continuing now almost 24 hours after eating it.
