Cooked breakfast with mushrooms. Are at 930 am and experienced Diarrhea at 9pm the same day. I was with another person who was commuting by 130am the following morning.

Went to IKEA (Wednesbury) and ate chicken meatballs and had a drink from the dispenser. Got home and within 2 hrs I began to experience Diarrhoea. My children had ice cream and hot dogs and they are fine, no symptoms reported. I am confident that this is due to the meatballs.

Me and family went out dining and 3 of us have been seriously sick.

Had meatballs, mash and gravy about midday. By 10pm throwing up and bad runs. Burning hot but I don't think I have a measurable fever.
