I ordered a Steak burrito with seasoned rice black beans lettuce. Shredded cheese, and rock n roll sauce. Ate it around 4 pm on 5/12. 5/13 at 12am I had diarrhea and it is now at 5 o’clock in the morning I’m very nauseous, vomited twice and I have really bad diarrhea.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
