I ate a beef taco with lettuce as part of an event catered by SD51. Eight hours later I found myself crippled by pains and then incapacitated by diarrhea and vomiting.

I was traveling through Grand Junction back to PHX from Aspen and stopped and ate 3 tacos containing both chicken and steak. Both myself and my brother got sick after eating there on Saturday around 4:30 PM we both were sick, vomiting, diarrhea the within 15 hours…
