I had a chicken quesadilla - and nothing else today at around 1 PM. A few hours later I experienced the worst nausea and episode of vomiting in my life.

I ate the Cabana Sampler on 9/16 around 6ish. Started to get diarrhea that night and all through the morning and threw up the morning if 9/17
