- comments: observed no employee clean up procedure for vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide all the necessary items included in policy including disposable gloves, face mask, disposable mop and appropriate sanitizer for norovirus. Priority foundation

- comments: observed no hot water at handwashing sink in 3- compartment sink area. Water temperature at sink 53. 0f. Instructed to provide hot water by reinspec tion date. Priority violation issued 7-38-030(c).

- comments: observed bottom areas of front entry double doors not protected from rodent entry. Instructed to make tight-fitting.
48. Warewashing facilities: installed, maintained & used; test strips
- comments: observed no chlorine chemical testing device kit for 3- compartment sink dishwashing facilities. Priority foundation 7-38-005
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors in rear storage area not clean of debris, dirt under , behind storage. Must clean/maintain.
