- comments: 5-501. 15 observed an outside dumpster with the lid not fully intact and the dumpster missing half of the lid. Instructed to replace the lid and always ensure all outside dumpster lids are intact and tight fitting and covering the entire dumpster in order to prevent pest entry and harborage inside of the outside dumpsters. Priority foundation. Citation issued 7-38-020(b).
