Had a chicken, lettuce, rice, and cheese burrito from chipotle around 8pm last night and by 11:30pm stomach started to feel horrible. Went to the bathroom and vomited. thought it was just a upset stomach but in the morning stomach was horrible and diarrhea occurred. | الأعراض: غثيان, قيء, إسهال
