Ate steak bowl with white rice, medium salsa, cheese and guac on Wed afternoon Aug 19 then damn near died Thursday evening. Didn't place connection to Chipotle until my two coworkers that I ate with text me the exact same symptoms at the same time.
Missed a day of work, cancled my weekend lake trip and was vomiting for over two days in pure misery. Great times! | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
