- comments: 3-307. 11 must provide a physical barrier in front of the coffee machine and coffee grinders. Shot glasses were stored on top of the coffee machine.

- comments: 2-402. 11 observed several food handling employees without a hair restraint. Management instructed that all food handling employees must wear a hair restraint.

Additional pest control service is needed to eliminate the pest activity. Priority 7-42-090. Citation issued.
