- comments: - must install a handwash sink in the dairy kitchen. Priority foundation violation#:7-38-030(c). No citation issued. -
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: - observed evidence of pest activity on site at time of inspection. Observed approx 25 rodent droppings inside the electrical closet located in the lunch room. Must remove all droppings, detail clean/sanitize all affected areas, and maintain. Recommended to contact pest control provider for additional service and instruction. Priority foundation violation#:7-38-020(a). Citation issued. -

- comments: - observed a 1/4' gap along the bottom of the front entrance doors. Must provide a tight fitting seal at all outer openings to prevent the entry of pests. -

- comments: - observed a slight leak from the bottom pipe of the prep sink in the produce prep area. Must repair and maintain. -
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: - observed an excessive accumulation of articles stored directly on the floor in the electrical closet located in the lunch room. Must remove all unnecessary articles, clean area, organize remaining articles, and store them on shelving that is 6' off the floor and provides floor accessibility to ensure adequate facility cleaning. -

- comments: - observed the exhaust ventilation in the basement level girls toilet room is broken at this time. Must repair and maintain. -
