- comments: observed no clean-up policy procedure and items for vomiting and diarrhea. Must provide and maintain. (priority foundation 7-38-005)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed evidence of appx. 35 or more mice droppings on floor under shelving units on sales floor at tissue,baby food and pallets in rear storage area. Must remove mice droppings. Clean and sanitize areas. Recommended to have ape st control operator to service premises on or after 4/29/20. (priority foundation 7-38-020(a)

- comments: observed an appx. '3/4-1' along bottom of double entry sliding doors. Must make tight fitting.

- comments: must clean debris build up from service counter shelving units,shelving units on sales floor,reach in coolers.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: must provide a garbage can with lid in women's toilet room.

- comments: must repair or replace stained ceiling tiles on sales floor.
