- comments: observed no employee procedure for vomiting and diarrheal events. Instructed to provide with all the necessary items in procedure including disposable face mask, gloves,disposable mop and appropriate sanitizer for norovirus. Priority foundation

- comments: observed no hot water at faucet in employee men washroom water temperature 63. 0f. Instructed hot water must be a minimium of 100. 0f. Priority violation issued

- comments: observed no thermometer inside milk cooler. Must install.
49. Non-food/food contact surfaces clean
- comments: observed display shelf units not clean of dust buildup for packakaged candy, potato chips,detergent shelves. Instructed to clean and maintain.
53. Toilet facilities: properly constructed, supplied, & cleaned
- comments: observed no covered receptacle in women washroom. Washrooms used by females must have a covered receptacle for sanitary napkins. Must provide.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed floors throughout premises not clean of debris, dirt in rear storage and under all display shelving units,. In structed to clean/maintain.

- comments: observed excessive clutter around and inside mop sink in rear. Mop sink not accessible do to clutter. Instructed to remove and organize rear area.
