- comments: observed no drain board at dish washing 3-compartment sink located at rear food prep area. Instructed to install and to maintain.
51. Plumbing installed; proper backflow devices
- comments: observed small water leak at drain pipe underneath the hand sink at front food prep area. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and to maintain.
