- comments: instructed to install a splash guard at right side of the hand sink next to the 3-compartment sink at rear food prep/dish washing area and to maintain.

- comments: observed a torn door gasket inside of the 2 door prep cooler at front food prep area. Management instructed to replace the torn door gasket and to maintain.

- comments: observed no drain board at dish washing 3-compartment sink located at rear food prep area. Instructed to install and to maintain.

- comments: observed small water leak at drain pipe underneath the hand sink at front food prep area. Instructed to repair plumbing leak and to maintain.
