I purchased and ate a hot lunch plate: Chicken meatballs, potatoes with gravy, and steamed carrots. Also shared a cinnamon roll after the meal with my son. I drank a lemonade from the soda machine. Had severe stomach cramps overnight that led to diarrhea and nausea. | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, تشنجات
