- comments: incomplete cleaning supplies kit. Instructed to provide the disinfectant for norovirus. Priority foundation 7-38-010 no citation issued.
16. Food-contact surfaces: cleaned & sanitized
- comments: interior panel plastic tube where the water is coming from with black moldy like substance on the surfaces. Instructed to detail clean and sanitize. Instructed not to use the ice maker until it is cleaned and sanitized. Priority foundation 7-38-005 citation issued.
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: front entrance door with broken door sweep. Instructed to replace the door sweep to prevent rodent/insects entering the establishment.
39. Contamination prevented during food preparation, storage & display
- comments: buckets with foods stored on the floor in walk in cooler. Must elevate all buckets with food 6' off the floor to prevent possible contamination, or provide raised shelvings to store such items.
41. Wiping cloths: properly used & stored
- comments: wiping cloth must be stored on a bucket with sanitizing solution in between uses.

- comments: all clean pots and pans must be stored upside down/inverted to prevent possible contamination and dust build-up.

- comments: fan guard of the reach in cooler in the front area,with dust build-up. Must clean and maintain.

- comments: upgraded to priority foundation.

- comments: ladies washroom waste receptacle must have a lid/cover for feminine items.

- comments: floor along the wall base behind and under the cooking equipment with grease and food debris. Instructed to detail clean and maintain.
