Report date: Mar 5, 20205. Procedures for responding to vomiting and diarrheal events
- comments: observed employee proceduer in place for vomiting and diarrheal events. However must provide all the necessary items in policy including face mask, disposable gloves, disposable mop. Priority foundation
10. Adequate handwashing sinks properly supplied and accessible
- comments: observed no hot water at handwashing sink in staff washroom. Hot water temperature 78. 0f. Instructed that hot water temperature must be a minimium of 100. 0f must repair. Priority violation issued 7-38-030(c)
38. Insects, rodents, & animals not present
- comments: observed front entry door not rodent proofed at bottom middle area. Instructed to repair to be tight-fitting.
55. Physical facilities installed, maintained & clean
- comments: observed 2nd floor storage area not maintained,ie clutter, paint work supplies, storage stored on floors. Instructed to properly store on adequate shelving at least 6- inches and remove anything not use.

- comments: observed peeling paint on walls in blue play house located in color buys classroom and on walls in busy bee classroom. Must repair walls.
