I ate a Southwest Salad with grilled chicken, which had lettuce that tasted old and after I'd eaten it I realized the chicken has been a little off tasting too. Later in the day I started having an awful stomach ache and then that night I got maybe two hours of sleep from having diarrhea and instances of vomiting. I know this must have been from the McDonald's chicken as that was the only meat I'd eaten in the past 48 hours. | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء
