I ate a Southwest Salad with grilled chicken, which had lettuce that tasted old and after I'd eaten it I realized the chicken has been a little off tasting too. Later in the day I started having an awful stomach ache and then that night I got maybe two hours of sleep from having diarrhea and instances of vomiting.
