Ate stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and jalapeño from the location on St. Mary's. It tastes relatively good - was upset they were "out of stock" on wings. Drank some soda and had some of their chocolate brownie dessert. This was in the evening. Woke up with major diarrhea and vomiting that lasted three days.
