Ordered a steak bowl with queso, salsa, lettuce and cheese. And the next day was immediately nauseous, diarrhea and vomiting. Had to leave work early because of this also have to go to urgent care for medicine to hopefully stop the pain and diarrhea | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء
