Ate organic romaine lettuce purchased there. Rinsed well but still developed symptoms between 4 days to 6 hours later (was consumed twice in this period). Shared all other foods with other household members, no one else was sick as no one else ate the lettuce. Stomach and abdominal pain, severe nausea, moderate vomiting, mild fever (99.6) that came down quickly after vomiting ended, mild headache, mild diarrhea.
