Ate organic romaine lettuce purchased there. Rinsed well but still developed symptoms between 4 days to 6 hours later (was consumed twice in this period). Shared all other foods with other household members, no one else was sick as no one else ate the lettuce. Stomach and abdominal pain, severe nausea, moderate vomiting, mild fever (99.6) that came down quickly after vomiting ended, mild headache, mild diarrhea. Able to self treat at home as of yet.Lettuce is from Salinas Valley, California marked USA Produce | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Other, Fever, Headache, Stomach Pain
