Ate dinner on February 14, 2018, about 7:00pm. Had a philly steak with onions, mayo, and lettuce. Stomach started churning and cramping before 9:00 that night. Had nausea most of night, began vomiting early next morning. Nausea and vomiting continued all day, with uncontrollable diarrhea beginning late afternoon on Thursday.
