Ate dinner on February 14, 2018, about 7:00pm. Had a philly steak with onions, mayo, and lettuce. Stomach started churning and cramping before 9:00 that night. Had nausea most of night, began vomiting early next morning. Nausea and vomiting continued all day, with uncontrollable diarrhea beginning late afternoon on Thursday. It's Friday evening, and the nausea has finally stopped, though mild diarrhea remains an issue. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
