Ate egg white sous vide egg bites with roasted peppers and small coffee with cream and within one hour was cramping and had episodes of diarrhea, not fun on a plane. Afterwards for a couple days had headache and stomach felt beat up. | الأعراض: إسهال, تشنجات, الصداع
