Date Closed: 09/24/2019The Division of Public Health ordered to close on Sept. 24 due to imminent health hazards, according to the inspection report. During a routine inspection on Sept. 24, the inspector saw that the slicing machine was dirty and had food debris inside of it, the report said. All the refrigeration units were "in need of cleaning." The chest freezer also had mold in it.
In addition to the oven, rodent droppings were also found on the side frame of the food prep table and on a shelf, the inspector wrote in the report.
The state official observed improper thawing techniques, specifically a turkey breast thawing inside a green bucket on the floor of the kitchen, according to the report.
