Ate quinoa salad at 445pm and started feeling sick around 6pm. Started feeling very nauseous and then full blown vomiting for about 2 hours then it was diarrhea and vomiting at the same time for about an hour. It was constant vomiting my stomach would never settle… شاهد المزيد
