ذهبت لشراء بعض شذرات البرغر والدجاج لابنتي وبعد ساعات قليلة من تناوله بدأت التقيؤ والإسهال تليها. كانت ضعيفة للغاية وكان لديها صداع سيء للغاية ولم تستطع الذهاب إلى المدرسة. سأذهب إلى mcdonolds لوضع متوافق أيضًا.  | الأعراض: إسهال, حمى, غثيان, قيء, الصداع, ضعف
