كنت أتناول الطعام في كنتاكي في مركز تورونتو إيتون حوالي الساعة 8:45 مساءً في الليل. لقد طلبت وجبة دجاج 4 قطع. أكلت 3 قطع من الدجاج وبعض البطاطس المقلية. بدأت أعاني من آلام شديدة في المعدة حوالي الساعة 2 صباحًا وبدأت في التقيؤ بشكل لا يمكن السيطرة عليه بعد فترة وجيزة.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, ألم المعدة
