晚上 8 点 45 分左右，我在多伦多伊顿中心的肯德基吃饭。我点了 4 个鸡肉餐。我吃了 3 块鸡肉和一些薯条。我在凌晨 2 点左右开始出现严重的胃痛，不久之后开始无法控制地呕吐。  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 胃痛

We went through the drive thru last night at 8:30pm. Both my husband and I had the bacon mozzarella burger. I was up all night long from 2am through today very sick. My husbands symptoms started today at 3pm. The children just had fries, and seem fine.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐

I bought myself a cheeseburger to hold my hunger until I got home from work. I noticed around 8:30 my stomach was experiencing severe cramps. I have had to run to the washroom many times in the evening and I also feel extreme nausea and stomach cramps!  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
