كان لدي النقانق McMuffin مع البيض ثانية بدون بيضة اثنين من hashbrowns والكعك والقهوة على الإفطار. بعد حوالي ساعتين اضطررت إلى ترك العمل مع آلام مروعة في المعدة. الكثير من القيء والإسهال. أمضى بقية اليوم في غرف الانتظار ليراها الطبيب ثم الاختبار المعملي للدم والبراز. ليس يومًا… شاهد المزيد
