Don't know if it is a coincidence or not, but started with severe diahrriah and stomach cramps yesterday that is way worse today. Yesterday was our first full day here. We got here on the 18th at 3:00 pm.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, تشنجات

Not sure maybe it was the water when snorkeling, could've been the catered food on the beach during the excursion (Ceviche) or the ice at the cave bar (didn't drink alcohol on this trip. But the ice?) I don't know for sure, 20 or more out of… شاهد المزيد

Was in August 2017. I'm fourth day of vacation fell extremely I'll. Committed profusely for two days., I had diarrhea .I had a drink at the bar. Starting feeling lightheaded and nauseous. A few hours later vomitting. We were there for my son wedding .Party of 25. At least 12 of the 25 fellel ill  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء, غثيان, مرارة
