I ate 2 Big Macs at 20:00 on 2/9/2017.i spent 2 days 3/9/2017 and 4/9/2017 with diahorea and stomach upset yet this was all that I had eaten ,from the morning of 3/9/2017 on the toilet constantly  | الأعراض: إسهال

We all had McDonald's breakfast muffins with egg. My daughters friend was round and she took her egg out and gave it to my daughter. All four of us are vomiting and have diarrhea really bad.
