تم شراء الطعام مساء السبت حوالي الساعة 1830.
بعد تناول الطعام مباشرة اضطررت إلى التسرع إلى المرحاض مع الإسهال الشديد. كما شعرت طوال يوم الأحد بالركض إلى المرحاض طوال اليوم بالمرض وأسبوع شديد. لم أر دوك بعد.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, حمى

This was at the store in Gateway Park/Newark Rd.

Ate the mega box, chicken was still red and bloody, after I ate it to the bone, was about 1:30PM 2nd march 2017 and had to go to the toilet at least 6 times that night, I didn't eat anything else apart from that, I couldn't attend college and work because of it  | الأعراض: إسهال
