أكلت سلطة مساء الأحد وبحلول صباح الاثنين كنت أشعر بالغثيان بما لا يصدق. بحلول فترة ما بعد الظهر كنت أتقيأ، وكان قشعريرة، ولم أشعر بأي تحسن حتى مساء الثلاثاء.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء, قشعريرة
