Had salad with chicken, black beans, cheese, sour cream and salsa at 6:00 pm on 7/31/18. At 1:00 am I was so sick I almost called 911. Violent vomiting, diarrhea, fever for 24 hours. Had to stay home from work. I reported this directly to the restaurant.  | الأعراض: إسهال

I will never order food from them again. I had never experienced food poisoning in my life until 07/31/2018 I had to be taken to the hospital due to food poisoning from here

Ate a burrito bowl and with brown rice, pinto beans, barbacoa, cheese, and guac. Around 12:30 pacific time Started feeling sick shortly after. Feeling sicker as the day goes by. Noticed some dark looking pieces of meat mixed in that I've never seen before.
