نحن جميعا أكل تكسير برميل هذا الصباح، كان الأطفال طعام مختلف الليلة الماضية في حوالي 5-6pm. 2 الأطفال واحد 5 و 1 هو 7، 24-26hrs بعد تناول الطعام. كلاهما كان القيء ويشكو من آلام في المعدة. كان أحدهم يعاني من الإسهال.
