I got a chicken and rice bowl from here this afternoon and ate it when I got home. I got half way through and then didn’t feel great. I started vomiting uncontrollably and then had diarrhea. I had to then call an ambulance because I could not drive to emergency room.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء

I got (2) Bacon Sunrise Croissants at 7:41am. They were finished by 8:00am. By 10:30 I immediately began to have severe stomach cramping followed by diarrhea. It hit me like a freight train. I also had a low grade fever.
