أمرت التفاف الفلافل لتناول طعام الغداء في 11/16 وفكرت شيئا من ذلك. شعرت قليلا قبالة ذلك المساء. في اليوم التالي، تقيأت عدة مرات، شعرت بالضعف الشديد، وكان مرهقًا بشكل لا يصدق، ولديه آلام في العضلات والمفاصل وصداع هائل. بعد 36 ساعة وأنا على ما يرام تمامًا.  | الأعراض: حمى, غثيان, قيء, الصداع, ضعف, التعب, آلام الجسم

I took my two young children to this location late yesterday evening. Within roughly 5 hours the youngest woke up with projectile vomiting and diarrhea.
