Consumed crab rangoon, spring roll, sesame chicken, and chicken fried rice at 6:15 pm on 2/12/16. Woke up with extreme nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea at approximately 5 am 2/13. Extreme conditions lasted until 1 pm 2/13, nausea and mild diarrhea is still going and its 2:37 am 2/14.  | الأعراض: إسهال, غثيان, قيء

كان لدي بوريتو الفاصوليا مع القشدة الحامضة وبوريتو الدجاج. حصلت على الطعام للذهاب بعد الساعة 10 مساءً في 10 فبراير 2016. بدأت مع التشنج بعد ساعة ونصف وبدأت في التقيؤ بعد حوالي 3 ساعات. كان في الحمام معظم الليل وتقيأ مرة أخرى هذا الصباح.  | الأعراض: إسهال, قيء, تشنجات

On Thursday Feb. 4th for lunch I ate a Burrito bowl with only chicken, avocado and salsa. The diarrhea started Saturday night and continues till now, Tuesday Feb 9th. My colleague from work who ate with me also had diarrhea.  | الأعراض: إسهال
